Spring kicks off the wedding season, and so in preparation this past weekend took the Hog Roast Doncaster team out to Hellaby Hall Hotel for their wedding fair. Wedding fairs are a good opportunity for both those in the wedding industry and those looking to host weddings or other events to meet each other and book in services for future events. At Hellaby Hall Hog Roast Doncaster were invited to showcase our services to the hundreds of attending guests and potentially book in dates for events to be held at the hotel. Hellaby Hall is an incredible location with beautiful stately architecture and wonderfully picturesque outdoor grounds. It’s spa and hotel makes for a handy and excellent wedding location since your wedding party can stay at the venue and receive plenty of pampering both before and after your special day.
With their wedding fair being held this past Sunday the Hog Roast Doncaster team was out early in the morning to get the booth set up and looking pretty. The benefit of being a hog roast caterer is that we have something of a “secret weapon” when it comes to these types of events where we will be competing to capture the attention of hundreds of guests amidst a dozen+ vendors. Aswell as offering a little snack of Pork Scratchings! Over the 4 hours that the event remained open to guests we were delighted to chat to many brides and grooms to be, even booking in a few future dates for wedding catering as well as non-wedding related events. A successful afternoon for the Hog Roast Doncaster team by all accounts!
