Earlier this year, Hog Roast Arksey was hired to cater for an 18th birthday party taking place at a function room in Doncaster. The party is for Ella, who turns 18 later that month and wants to celebrate the occasion surrounded by her friends and family, with great music, great food, and plenty of drinks! For the menu, our catering manager Steven has been hired to provide a classic hog roast for 80 guests, with an additional meat-free dish to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy. Our catering is sure to go down a treat with the guests and will be a great addition to what is sure to be a great night!
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Arksey team will arrive at the function room in the afternoon to give us plenty of time to prepare for the 8:00pm serving time. We will begin the food prep by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it is cooked to perfection, alongside some delicious BBQ-pulled jackfruit. The mains will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer, as well as a sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the sides, we will also be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Once it is time to enjoy the menu, the guests can line up at our catering station and create their perfect plate from the dishes that we have to offer.
