Not only does this maximise the quality of food that we can offer our clients, we are also playing our part in reducing the environmental cost of frequent long-haul deliveries, supporting the local economy and helping the local area to thrive and become more self-sufficient.
Environmentally friendly end-to-end catering
From the selection of our ingredients to our diligent approach to how we behave on site, Hog Roast Woodlands are committed to being environmentally conscious in all aspects of our catering services. This includes supplying responsibly sourced and recyclable disposable crockery and cutlery, and how we clear up after events. Any leftover food can be plated up to be enjoyed later by our clients or disposed of appropriately off site. We will remove every scrap of rubbish and food waste generated during the event and ensure everything is correctly recycled or disposed of.
